This awesome couple is my saving grace here in the middle of nowhere-- if it isn't already obvious how hip they are, check out their magazine cover here from their wedding last year featured on Utah Valley Bride. I can't look at M and not think of Connie Britton! And she totally let me talk her into a spur of the moment 8m hike this afternoon. These guys are rad.

My little miss and I went for a walk in our backyard as the sun was rising. There are definitely some benefits of living in Canyonlands Nat'l Park. . . watching the sunrise over the potholes after a killer rainstorm is one of them. Maybe I should post of photo of her mud-covered face too ;).
